I had some N calcicola given to me, which apparently originated from you. The flower looks fine but the foliage is definitely jonquilla. This is in contrast to N calcicola which I got from David Bell many years ago where the foliage is broad and glaucous. Stuart Murray questions whether mine is N calcicola also. The fact that N calcicola is apodanthe suggests that the foliage should be glaucous I think. Maybe if you posted a photo of the foliage on your N calcicola it would help Brian and others in their IDing of your flowers.
With regard to photos of miniatures on Daffnet I liked Malcolm’s idea that some miniature and small hybrids are best consigned to the rockery rather than persisted with. A new miniature hybrid still needs good form to be worth keeping, unless for breeding.
