Texas daffodil season

We arrived back in Texas EARLY Friday morning. Friday afternoon the weather was perfect and I shot this old barn again. Sun was shining, early daffodils were finally in full bloom. A row of Sweetness on the right then a couple of rows of Campernelle & Texas Star or n. Intermedius. Then Saturday morning the weather channels predicted severe thunderstorms, high winds and hail. Well we got the rain and high winds within two hours:-))
They also predicted snow and freezing temperatures which are pretty rare in late March. BUT I replaces the Lexan sheets on our sun room. Fired up the heaters again as rain changed to snow Saturday night. The second shot was taken a few minutes ago. Temperatures are hovering just above and then below freezing. House roofs are coated in snow but none is sticking to the roads or driveways yet. Snow is now predicted for the next 9 hours. Keith Kridler Mt. Pleasant, Texas
