Peter and Lesley Ramsay enjoyed considerable success at the Late Show, in spite of Peter indicating that it hadn’t been the best of seasons, with President Bronwyn handing out the trophies.
The framed trophy in Peter’s left hand is the George Yarrall trophy which is the beautiful embroidered emblem from the 1979 Northern Ireland Daffodil Group, which my parents, George & Florence Yarrall attended in that year.
To win this Peter & Lesley had to come up with nine varieties representing no less than four of these countries,
Britain, Eire, USA, Aust., Netherlands, NZ.
