The Rose Ribbon is awarded to the best seedling in the show. The Standard Rose Ribbon was awarded to a Chapeau O.P. seedling. a 2W-Y flower from a 3 stem entry. exhibited by Beverly Barbour. I believe it was the lower left hand flower.
