Sad Case & White flecks/appendages

Very interesting, Steve.
Carita, Magician, Johann Strauss, and Uncle Remus have thrown extravagant flecking in some of John Reed’s older pursuits for red-pinks and trumpets. Until recently, these deviations were considered anything but desirable and nothing was done with them; now, crossing of the deviants is being performed (by me, not John Reed), and their resulting seedlings are being lined out to grow on, most too young yet to flower, to put this theory to test. I will certainly keep this on the back burner when they start to flower and see what becomes of them.
How cool would that be, to have such flowers but in double form??? Oh!
;-)
