Can someone tell me what this is? It’s about 3 feet tall and quite attractive this time of year, turning ugly later.

Could it be Borage , this is a Herb and the flower often used in light summer Drink, weather its beneficial to one health or adds flavour I don’t know , but it looks pretty.
