Quite a few flowers out recently — this was a week or two back.
A very big flower from John Hunter.
Tall stem, even deep colour, a definite long nose trumpet – no measure needed.
Also, quite a strong fragrance — unusual for a standard.

Heavy snow over most of N Z today — daffs will slow in the chill.
