One of my goals for Miniature hybridizing was to create white flowers. I think good Miniature whites will be foundation building blocks especially for color crosses of the future. I’d love to see a white flower that is the same size and with the same general confirmation as species N. cyclamineus. The photo below fills the “same size” goal and comes closest to my overall goal. The mouth was sort of funky this year but I think this a very fine little thing. 40 mm (a bit over 1 1/2″) from petal tip to corona mouth.
