We are trying to get information as to availability of the Ruth Haller Daffodil. Ruth Haller was a founding member of our Garden Club and we have a garden in her honor in Frederick, Md. We are seeking any information about these bulbs and whether or not they may be available anywhere in the country for purchase!!
