Bicolor bulbocodium siblings – A Range of colors

This is a cross using one of my bulbocodium seedlings crossed with a bulbocodium seedling from the late Ed Zinkowski. A Selection from this cross was further crossed with ‘Mitimoto’ a highly regarded bicolor bulbocodium from Rod Barwick of Tasmania.

This is a pot of some of the seedlings from the above cross. The three seedlings run from soft, clear yellow on the right flower, to a fairly well contrasted bicolor in the middle, to a clean white on the left. An interesting range of colors from a bicolor cross.

Yes, before the most observant of you can comment, the center bicolor only sports five petals this year.
