Friends, I’m very pleased to tell you that our Convention Hotel, added more rooms to our room block for WED 8 MAR 2023. Please make your reservations NOW. I just tested it and all seems to be working as it should. Be sure and change your desired dates, as it will DEFAULT to begin on 9 MAR and default to a check out date of 13 MAR. See the red circled area and utilize ‘Change Search’ as per below.

If we once again exceed our allotted rooms per night, she will contact me and we will aspire to add more rooms to our room block. Our negotiated room rate is $139 per night (single or double). I am monitoring the pick up of rooms and if I see us getting close to being out of rooms on a particular night, I will ask the Hotel to add a few more.
Parking is a negotiated rate of $12 per night. Make sure you haven’t been overcharged when you settle your account.
OUR HOTEL CONTRACT REQUIRES ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY THE CUT OFF DATE OF 15 FEB 2023, in order to get the very special room rate of $139. But please DO NOT DELAY! Your reservation can be cancelled, should your plans change. I urge you to BOOK NOW so that we can add more rooms if needed. ADS never wants to overbook, as we are contractually obligated to pay for unsold rooms that we asked to be reserved.
