I hate to say this, but with judging on a panel and taking pictures I didn’t have a chance to review the exhibits and see if I had any winners at the WDS daffodil show. I knew I had won the Rose Ribbon, but yesterday I received my ribbons and entry cards from Kathy Welsh and was surprised that I had won 10 blue ribbons, about as many red and yellow ribbons each. Even a Honorable mention or two. I was happy with the results of the WDS show this year, and now can say that I am even happier. Taking pictures for me is “Time Critical” as I don’t like to drive in the dark so I limit the time I take pictures so that I can do the 4 hour drive home before it gets dark. Thanks Kathy for sending these to me.
