I remember an e-mail sent some years ago to Daffnet, in which was written, that some daffodils set seed only, if they are planted in the preceding autumn (or spring). Can it be, that this is valid for Matador?
Theo,
Matador is a prolific seed producer here in Oakley. Its seeds are also the earliest to germinate and the seedlings are the strongest growers during their first year.
I plant the Spring’s production of seeds in the Summer.
