Hi Daffnetters ,
Another light frost this morning , then a great , still day ; top at about 14 o C .
Clouded over about 4 pm , then cool .
The warm temps you are having up north are making the news in N Z .
Had to visit Wilf today and took a few pics .
This really stood out , particularly after talking to John Hunter about Emerald Sea
and the many seedlings he has from it .

This was a real stunner .At Wilfs it was growing very strongly ; great foliage, tallish strong
stem and very similar colours to Em Sea but a wider perianth with no reflex .
The green cast throughout the flower , very much deeper in the throat , was magnetic ,
–drawing me closer to look right at it .
