Heavy rain over much of the country tonight and tomorrow ..
Soil moisture levels are good at the moment and this will keep the
levels high . Rain is stillthe best feed we can give our bulbs .
A splash os colour in this double seedling .
06 – 150 — 4 Y – R — Red Haze — x — Kiwi Solstice
A sister seedling to Otaki Legacy .Not as neat or of show form but stands out
in the patch as it is on tall and very strong stems and strong short neck .
It had a solid H W T and is showing a little greening this season but this is the first
year I have noted this .
Have it marked in the book as ” super cut flower type — show collection possibly .
Colour is the big word .
