I showed the colourful 7,s section afew evenings back .The 6 vases made a
Big impact on the end of long bench of singles ..
The 3 placed vases are shown .
The winner was John Hollever with a vase of div 3 Y – R with a large Cameo Rebel
At the top for impact .
It was easily the most tidy looking entry : also the only entry staged with 3 blooms
in line up the center with 2 blooms either side .
The others have gone for rows of 2 , 3 , 2 — not quite the same effect ..
Johns wife , Sue Scott , patiently stage the winning vase and also the second
placed entry , the vase of pink splits .
The vase of creamy white doubles ( a Seedling ) were placed third .
