bereavement notification

Friends, with sadness, I am forwarding word to all of you that ADS member, Howard J Merrill, died SEP 29^th.  His son, Lawrence Merrill, sent a note.  Please express your sympathies to Lawrence.  The address is:  16072 Nippet Lane, Moreno Valley, CA  92551.  Howard joined ADS in 1995.  Many will remember him as the author of the booklet, Let’s Plant Daffodils, that Howard self-published in 1996.  He lived both in NY and in CA, but had remained in CA in recent years.
