Hi Daff-Net Friends:
I have had no power since Saturday @ 7pm until 3pm Monday… I received NO DAMAGE to my property EVEN after an horrible gale force winds all day on Saturday.
BUT damage where the Tornado hit was simply horrible! One of OUR schools, page middle school, where our daffodils show was held until this year, is almost totally destroyed. In fact the cafeteria, where the horticulture workroom was held, is now non existent…. I am sure many of you have seen CNN reports with ariel views of this school. News cam vans have been everywhere reporting this disaster. The Page students will now go in the afternoon to the other middle school and their students will attend in the morning UNTIL the end of the year.
There are many displaced families that are receiving disaster relief.
