strange season

Hi All, A mild wet summer has shown the variation there is in what triggers daffodils into flower. The first flower of the season was an autumn/winter tazetta in February. It has already seeded. Some of the autumn flowers have only just realized it is autumn meanwhile 2 jonquilla started flowering in April and 2 more now – at the same time as a viridiflorus. The relatively late frosts means the tazettas and paperwhites have been a delight – bravo to Bill Welch! Lawrence
