  1. Jill was an example to all of us. Her courage in facing her end, as we all must someday, was inspirational. I spoke to her before the Hawai’ian trip and she seemed to know that this was her last vacation. I am glad she was able to make it over there. Her continued interest in and promotion of the ADS and “no nonsense allowed” attitude remains a model for all of us. I am so glad that we had the opportunity of sharing the last convention at her home. She said that looking forward to the convention had helped to extend her life way beyond what was originally expected for her. Jill rest in peace you will be missed.

  2. What a beautiful and well-deserved tribute, Harold. You said what all of us who had the privilege to know and work with Jill are feeling.

  3. If you knew Jill, you were privileged. Her enthusiasm, organization, candor, and hostess skills were unmatched in my experience with the ADS. I’ll treasure the memories, especially a photo of her petting her dog and the pic from behind taken in Hawaii recently.
