Fall blooming heirloom tazettas

The first flush of fall and winter blooming heirloom tazettas are underway in north Florida. The first opened around the time of the first Autumn Colors in late October. The early paperwhites are just now starting. There is a good variety of colors and flower forms, some quite “modern” and others older with less developed petal form. Yellows are still scarce. I don’t know if they don’t like the climate (are the summers too wet?) or are they more susceptible to viruses so not as robust. Four are from gardens in Mississippi, one is from north Florida, three are from parts unknown. One of the 8W-Os set seed last year. I am not optimistic about identifying any of them at this point.
