You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, Ideal Link or wire transfer. American Express will not be accepted.

  1. I was attempting to book at the hotel specified but have received word from
    the hotel that they are fully booked for another event.

    Do you realise this?

  3. I forwarded your comments to Eric. Eric responded that the rooms have been and are reserved. He is not sure what the problem is and plans to look into it. There was one bit of advice that might be helpful. Here is a quote from him:

    for your notice, the Hotel and the travel agency are different business
    units of van der Valk.   the shuttle runs permanently to bring you to
    the nearby airport.

    You may wish to try again.

    I will post from him if I see something more helpful

  4. I had an email from Karen Cogar. She recommends mentioning this is for the World Tour when speaking with the hotel. Karen is also trying to sort this out.

  5. Because so many people are having problems registering for the Holland Tour, Carlos is having his daughter rewrite the Registration in a more user friendly way. If anyone asks, please tell them a solution is on the way and that it will be posted when available. I’m always happy to answer questions. Even if I don’t have the answer!
