Bob Spotts hybrids

bobspottshybrid.doc I found the attached photo online, and think it is gorgeous. Does anyone know if this Bob Spotts cultivar or any others like  ‘Mesa Verde’ are available anywhere? I’ve looked but cannot find. Thanks, Tracey
