I called in on Wilf Hall and we went out to check his tazettas — particularly the seedlings ..
This is a first flower — 2 flowers on the stem , about 2 . 5 inches 60 mm .., on a tallish but slender stem ..
Breeding is — Avalanche — x — JFM 93 – 77 ( 2 W – O Beckington – x – Matika ..)
To early and not formal enough to be a show flower ; but an attractive multicoloured cup .
Just a little different but worth a marking peg .
Time will tell ..
