The ADS server will be moved to a different area of the San Francisco Data Center tomorrow night starting about 5 pm PST. This is a data center requirement and they are moving about a hundred servers over two days. Out move window is from 5pm to 9pm and they expect it to actually take about one-hour.
I plan to be present for the move and also for about two hours before that so I can do several firmware updates recommended or required by the server vendor, HP. Our web sites, daffodilusa.org, and daffseek.org as well as several local daffodil society sites will be up and down several times during the period Nov 22, 2011 from 3 pm PST until 9 pm PST.
I expect the move to proceed successfully, but sometimes things happen. If you are not able to access those sites after tomorrow evening, please know we are working on a problem and we will have things running as soon as possible.
