Friends, sadly, we have learned of the death of ADS member, Denis Dailey of MN. Denis died on 10 MAY. He had joined ADS in 2005, and was very active with the Daffodil Soc of MN. I’m sure our ADS folks in MN may want to add more details. He served on the ADS Board, and had recently stepped down as Display Garden Chair, due to his health status. Denis was a most generous person, and always a big bidder at ADS bulb auctions. Your written communications and expressions of sympathy can be sent to Denis’ wife:

Denis was a kind soul that was always ready to tell us one of his wonderful funny stories. :-) We were very lucky to have him as our surprise guest at the Greater St Louis Daffodil Society summer meeting last year. All the members were thrilled to meet and visit with him and his wife Bev. We will miss his joy, kindness, generosity, and quick wit.
